4 cups fresh Brussels sprouts (cleaned end cut off and then cut in half)
3 Garlic Cloves Minced
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp ground parmesan cheese
3 strips of Cooked Bacon.
1. Preheat Oven to 400˚F
2. Prep Brussel sprouts then In a bowl toss Brussels sprouts with Olive oil, garlic, Salt & pepper to mix all ingredients evenly
3. Spread evenly on a cooking sheet and sprinkle with crumbled bacon & parmesan cheese.
4. Bake for 30-40 mins turning every 10 mins or so. Continue to cook until golden and can pierce with fork and there is almost a browning them.
If you want to speed up cook time in oven Cook Brussel sprouts for 4-5 mins in microwave before starting step 2.
Remove from heat and drizzle with balsamic vinegar
