  2. Drop in for a facility tour.
  3. Allow us some time to meet you and discuss what goals you have.
  4. Together we will determine why Sou’Wester CrossFit is for you.

Its simple really. Before you sign up we want to meet and discuss what you are personally looking to accomplish with your fitness. Based on those goals, we will recommend the best path to create a better you. We have programs for all ages and fitness levels. It doesn’t matter if you are 16 years old or 65 years old we can work with you to improve your physical fitness.
