GROUP CLASSES
THE “NO THINK” EXPERIENCE”
At Sou’Wester we take pride in our community in and outside our facility. We work hard and we have a blast doing so.
Our Group Fitness classes are 60 minutes each.
They will consist of a Dynamic Warm up, Skill/Strength Session and a workout (WOD – Workout of the Day).
Our classes will be structured and full of teaching and refining movement mechanics for each athlete. We refer to our fitness classes as a “No Think” experience. All you have to do is walk thought the door and be the best version of you. We do all the programming, coaching and instruction. Each class is lead by a certified trainer who goes athlete to athlete to ensure they are lifting safely.
