2 large cabbage leaf (Chinese Cabbage, Or use Boston Leaf Lettuce any leaf but these two hold more and have nutrients)

1/2 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup cucumber diced

½ large carrot, shredded

1 TBSP ranch dressing (Approx 70 cals or under)

4oz Chicken or Protein of choice that fits Calories (Use Chart or App)

Add as many non starchy veggies as you want in this lettuce wrap!

Try bell peppers, sprouts, onion, mushrooms, plus you can also switch out

the ranch with avocado for a different kind of healthy fat.

These wraps can be mixed up and changed up into any flavour combination. Use your App or nutritional info on packages to build any flavours, protein/veggie combinations.

1. Wash and chop produce. Assemble carrots, tomato, cucumber,

chicken, and ranch inside cabbage leaf.
