Ingredients:

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 Frozen banana

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp honey

1/4 tsp Vanilla

1/4 tsp cinnamon

2-3 Ice Cubes

*Optional Add Protein powder (Vanilla would go best) for additional protein content if it fits in calories.

Directions:

Puree all Ingredients in Blender or Magic Bullet until Smooth. Serve Cold.
