RIGHT START PROGRAM

Here at Sou’Wester Athletics Strength and Conditioning our athletes safety is top priority. It is a goal of ours to improve the overall health of our athletes and their families through fitness and nutrition. We have designed a program for the individual that is new to our facility.

The Sou’Wester Right Start program will develop your skills, provide confidence and get your prepared to enter classes.  

During these sessions the coach will run a class atmosphere preparing the athlete for everyday classes. Each sessions the coach will explain, demo and correct your movement patterns ensuring a you are lifting safe and efficiently every time you step into class.

Throughout the classes the athletes will be introduced to the main foundational movements and lifts, practice them and also try them out in modified workouts. During the course of the Sou’Wester Right Start Program all athletes will be provided the knowledge on the rules of the box, nutrition tips, best practices, technology introduction and everything that is Sou’Wester Athletics.  Each Athlete will also be given the opportunity to find their baselines with a InBody Body Fat, Muscle Analysis Machine and a goal setting session.

WE HAVE TWO TYPES OF “RIGHT START” PROGRAMS THAT WE OFFER

These programs are scheduled in advance.

Option # 1 Right Start PT 

If Scheduling your time is difficult and you prefer to make your own calendar, we can conduct a Personal Right Start Program exclusively for you. These five 60 Minutes Personal Training sessions are completed with one of our professional staff at a time convenient to you.

  • Included in the program is five 60 minutes sessions and unlimited classes for the remainder of a one month period after you completed your five sessions.
  • The sessions will consist of a warm up, skill session where athletes will learn the movement mechanics and skills that they will perform in classes and a workout to help improve their fitness.
  • This personalized program is offered for only $229.99 Plus tax.

Option # 2 – Right Start Express 

This program is mandatory for all “NEW” Athletes to Sou’Wester Athletics. The program is scheduled on the weekends as is designed to give athletes a quick start into our group fitness program.

  • Athletes will have two sessions of 90 Minutes where they will learn movement mechanics, gymnastic and weightlifting skills they will continue to develop in classes.
  • This program only pertains to the Group Fitness Programs.
  • The Cost for this Program is only $149.99 + Tax.    
  • The class times are set in advance.

 

The Next Right Start Express Program will be held at Sou’Wester Athletics Barrington Passage Location.

Session # 1 – June 23rd 10:00 am .

Session #2 June 24th, 10:00 am.
