Use as a topping on Veggies burgers, or a side for Pulled Pork/Chicken)

Ingredients:

1/2 small red cabbage (about 200g)

1 medium carrot shredded

1 small red onion minced finely

1inch ginger, grated (Or use 1 tsp of minced ginger)

1/2 tbsp fish sauce (optional)

1/2 tsp sugar

1 fresh lime juice

1/2 fresh orange juice

pinch of salt and white pepper

1 TBSP red pepper chilli flakes

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and let sit in fridge to allow flavours to combine. The longer the better.

To make prep on this easier you can also just use a bag of pre-made coleslaw mix.
