TEAM TRAINING
At Sou’Wester Athletics we feel that sports not only play a huge role in shaping communities but can have a vast influence on individuals. If you are an athlete or a parent of an athlete we want to speak with your team. We have designed a program that not only builds a stronger bond within your team but prepares the athletes mentally and physically and gives them the confidence to elevate their game.
We work side by side with the coaching staff of your team to ensure we are preparing the athletes for exactly what to expect during a game. We focus on building better athletes inside of the gym while letting the coaches focus on the strategy and skill elements of the sport at hand. Our primary focus is to: build athletic strength and improve speed, power, agility, coordination, and overall conditioning.
The benefits of our program is a better well rounded athlete, prevention and injury resilience and most importantly the coach can spend more time working on drills to improve the teams skills as we focus on the conditioning.
